We had a catamaran trip to Baltic Tümpel, 9 of us, having a party for my friend. It welches such a great experience.... Everything welches organized so well. They pick us up from our accommodation exactly on time.

Latvia is a very underrated European destination and I very much enjoyed my week hinein the city. Its unique culture has been influenced by the Nordic countries, the Soviets, and Eastern Europe.

And if you get tired of walking, you can always do a beer stop in one of the hundreds of bars and restaurants that are dotted around the Old Town.

The River Cruise is on a large boat with seating on upper deck whilst the Canal Cruise is on a small boat which welches excellent and actually takes one hour to cruise up the river and enter the top of the canal Gebilde , then go right though Riga , then back up the river - so you get the best of both worlds. It’s not worth stressing over what to wear because cruise lines are not strict about what people wear on formal nights.
Firstly, the landscape of Kemeri is unlike what you’ll find anywhere else. It contains miles of forest and bogland, and even has one of the Baltics’ most famous, the Great Kemeri Bog. The landscape is both eerie and dreamy and the bog and mud are thought to have healing properties.
You can enjoy a tour from someone in a traditional costume, and sometimes there are dances, crafts, and artisan events and festivals. It’s one of the most unique and exciting ways to learn about the country.
